Rittal primer-/kleurenspray RAL 7035, spuitlak primer voor industriële behuizingen, 400 ml

Rittal Grundierungs-/Farbspray RAL 7035 is a combined primer and topcoat in RAL 7035 (light grey) formulated for industrial enclosures and metal surfaces. Supplied as an aerosol product intended for on-site maintenance, touch-ups and repair, the spray provides a uniform light grey finish and corrosion-protective coating for cabinets, panels and housings where a RAL 7035 color match is required.

Advantages

The spray combines a priming layer and a coloured topcoat in one application, reducing the number of processing steps during repair and maintenance work. As an aerosol, it enables access to narrow or complex areas and ensures an even, consistent finish on metal substrates. The RAL 7035 shade matches standard industrial enclosure colours to maintain a uniform appearance after touch-up.

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of oils, grease and loose rust or paint. Shake the aerosol thoroughly before use according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Apply at recommended distance in even, overlapping passes to achieve a uniform film; allow appropriate drying time between coats if a second coat is needed. Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid spraying into electrical components or ventilation openings of enclosures unless they are protected.

Recommendations

Follow all safety and handling instructions on the product label. Use suitable personal protective equipment, such as gloves and eye protection, and observe local regulations for aerosol solvents and paint spray. Test on a small inconspicuous area to confirm color match and adhesion before full application.
