Roadinger vlindersluiting klein model 30000600, zilveruitvoering

Roadinger butterfly lock Small model 30000600 in a silver finish is a compact metal locking mechanism designed for securing instrument cases, flight cases and equipment boxes. The low-profile butterfly-style closure offers a space-saving fastening solution that lies flat when closed and provides a straightforward mechanical latch for stage, transport and storage applications.

Advantages

The butterfly lock combines a compact form factor with durable metal construction and a corrosion-resistant silver finish, delivering reliable performance in repeated use. Its low-profile design reduces protrusion from case surfaces, helping to avoid accidental catches and improving stackability. The simple mechanical action enables quick closing and opening without tools, while the robust latch provides stable retention for transported equipment.

How to use

Mount the butterfly lock to the case or box surface aligning the latch and striker plate, and secure it using appropriate screws for the material thickness. Close the latch by rotating the butterfly plate into the recessed catch until it engages; open by reversing the motion to release the catch. Ensure screws are tightened evenly to avoid misalignment and check operation after installation. For heavy-duty applications, use matching fasteners and reinforce the mounting area as needed.

Recommendations

Inspect the lock periodically for wear, loose fasteners and corrosion; tighten mounting screws if necessary. When used on flight or instrument cases, pair the butterfly lock with complementary latches and reinforced hardware to maintain case integrity during transport.
