ROLINE Cat.6 S/FTP PiMF patchkabel, PoE, grijs, 5 m 21.51.0835

In a busy office, a network engineer connects a PoE-powered IP camera to a switch using this 5-metre grey patch cable. The cable's robust shielding and high-quality construction ensure a stable Gigabit connection, even in environments with electromagnetic interference.

Key specifications

• Category 6 (Class E) performance, compliant with ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173
• S/FTP shielding with PiMF (Pairs in Metal Foil) for excellent crosstalk and EMI protection
• Supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for data and power over a single cable
• Grey PVC jacket, 5 m length, RJ45 male to RJ45 male connectors
• Gold-plated contacts and snagless boots for reliable, durable connections
• Supports data rates up to 1 Gbps and bandwidth up to 250 MHz

Why choose it

This patch cable delivers consistent performance for demanding network applications. The S/FTP construction with individually foil-wrapped pairs and an overall braid shield minimises alien crosstalk, making it ideal for high-density installations. The grey colour blends unobtrusively into most office environments.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting PoE devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points
• Structured cabling in data centres and server rooms
• High-speed LAN connections for workstations and network equipment
• Areas with high electromagnetic interference, such as industrial settings

Good to know

The cable is built with solid copper conductors for superior signal integrity and supports the TIA/EIA 568B wiring standard. The PVC jacket is durable and suitable for indoor use. With a length of 5 metres, it provides flexibility in equipment placement without excess slack.
