ROLINE DisplayPort-naar-HDMI-kabel 2 m zwart 11.04.5996-10

The ROLINE DisplayPort to HDMI Cable 2m (model 11.04.5996-10) transfers video and audio from a DisplayPort-equipped source, such as a graphics card, to an HDMI/UHDTV display with resolutions up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz. The black 2 m cable has a 5.5 mm diameter and a lightweight construction suitable for connecting PCs or laptops with DisplayPort output to TVs or monitors with an HDMI input. The cable is RoHS- and REACH-compliant.

Advantages

This cable supports 4K UHD at 60 Hz with audio transmission over a single lead, offers a standardized DisplayPort-to-HDMI connection for one-directional signal transfer (DisplayPort source to HDMI sink), and comes in a durable black jacket with slim 5.5 mm diameter for easier routing. It is compliant with environmental and safety standards (REACH, RoHS).

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or graphics card with DisplayPort output to an HDTV or monitor with HDMI input
• Transmitting 4K UHD video at 3840×2160 @ 60 Hz
• Sending both video and audio from a DisplayPort source to an HDMI display

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Connector 1: DisplayPort (to be used on the source device)
• Connector 2: HDMI (UHDTV/monitor input)
• Maximum resolution: up to 3840×2160 @ 60 Hz
• Diameter: 5.5 mm
• Weight: approx. 55.7 g

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort plug to the DisplayPort output on your source device (for example a graphics card or laptop) and plug the HDMI connector into the HDMI input of your TV or monitor. Ensure the source is set to output via DisplayPort and the display input is set to the correct HDMI port. The cable is directional: it only converts signal from DisplayPort (source) to HDMI (sink), not the reverse.

Recommendations

Use this cable for direct connections between a DisplayPort source and an HDMI display. Avoid using adapters or trying to feed an HDMI source into the DisplayPort end. For stable 4K@60Hz performance, connect both devices securely and use the appropriate display input settings.
