Router/trimmer Einhell 4350411

The Einhell TP-RO 18 Li BL-Solo cordless router/trimmer (MPN 4350411, EAN 4006825664263) is an 18 V battery-powered tool with a brushless PurePOWER motor designed for precise routing and trimming work in the home, workshop and garage. Lightweight at approximately 2.26 kg, it offers a maximum no-load speed of 10,000 rpm, an adjustable milling depth with fine adjustment, double-tube guidance for dimensional accuracy and a 35 mm stroke height. The router accepts 6 mm and 8 mm collets and includes a 35 mm suction adapter for dust extraction; battery and charger are not included.

Advantages

The brushless PurePOWER motor delivers higher performance, longer runtime and low maintenance compared with conventional carbon-brush motors and is covered by a 10-year warranty when registered online. Infinitely variable speed control lets you match motor output to the material, while the aluminum base, precise double tube guidance and multi-stage turret stop enable accurate, repeatable milling depths. Built-in LEDs improve visibility of the work area, and the included plastic insert protects the workpiece surface. The tool comes with useful accessories such as a rip fence, compass tip, collets (6 and 8 mm), wrench and a suction adapter compatible with Einhell wet/dry vacuums.

Suitable for

• Edge profiling and trimming on wood and laminates
• Grooving, slotting and hinge mortising
• Precision joinery and furniture finishing
• Portable routing tasks in workshops, garages and job sites

How to use

Fit a charged 18 V Power X-Change battery (sold separately) and select the collet that matches the cutter shank (6 mm or 8 mm). Use the spindle lock to change the bit and the provided wrench to secure it. Adjust the milling depth using the multi-stage turret stop and the fine-adjustment mechanism, then set the speed with the variable speed control to suit the material. Hold the router with two hands using the ergonomic soft-grip handle and guide it steadily along the workpiece or with the supplied rip fence for straight cuts. Connect a compatible 35 mm vacuum hose to the suction adapter to remove chips and dust.

Recommendations

For best results use sharp, appropriate-profile router bits and match the speed to the material: lower speeds for laminates and hard woods, higher speeds for softer woods. Always secure the workpiece and wear eye and hearing protection. Register the brushless motor online to activate the 10-year service promise.
