Rowenta X KARL LAGERFELD CF321L krultang warm zwart, rood 47 W 1,8 m

The Rowenta X KARL LAGERFELD CF321L curling iron in warm black and red is a compact hair styling tool designed to create defined curls and waves. It features a ceramic heating system that promotes even heat distribution and reduces friction on hair, a single heating level with a maximum temperature of 200°C, and a lightweight body of approximately 0.4 kg. The 25 mm barrel diameter is suitable for medium-sized curls and the 1.8 m power cord provides freedom of movement during styling.

Advantages

The ceramic heating system provides consistent heat across the barrel, which helps produce uniform curls while minimizing heat damage. The single, stable heating level up to 200°C simplifies operation and is sufficient for many common hair types. Its low weight and ergonomic shape make it easier to handle during prolonged styling sessions, and the 1.8 m cord increases mobility around a styling station.

Suitable for

• Creating medium-sized curls and loose waves using a 25 mm barrel
• Everyday styling when a straightforward, no-frills tool is preferred
• Users who need a lightweight, easy-to-handle curling iron for home use

When it may not be suitable

The CF321L has a single heating level with a maximum of 200°C, so it may not meet the needs of users who require multiple temperature settings for precise control on very fine or very coarse hair. It is not intended for professional salon environments where variable temperature control and higher power are often required.

Key specifications

• Ceramic heating system for even heat distribution
• Maximum temperature: 200°C
• Barrel diameter: 25 mm (approximate, suitable for medium curls)
• Power: 47 W
• Number of heating levels: 1
• Weight: 0.4 kg

How to use

Plug in the curling iron and allow it to reach its operating temperature. Work on dry, detangled hair for best results. Section hair to control tension and wrap strands around the 25 mm barrel, holding for a few seconds depending on hair thickness and desired curl tightness. Release the curl gently and allow it to cool before styling with fingers or a light brush. Unplug the device after use and allow it to cool completely before storing.

What to consider before purchase

• Single fixed heat level—consider whether one temperature up to 200°C suits your hair type
• Barrel size—25 mm is intended for medium-sized curls and waves
• Power and weight—47 W and 0.4 kg for lightweight home styling
• Design and colour—warm black and red finish if aesthetics are important

Recommendations

Use a heat protectant on hair before styling and work in small sections for even curls. For longer-lasting curls, allow each curl to cool fully and set with a light hold spray if desired. Store the curling iron only after it has fully cooled and keep it away from damp areas.
