Rugzak DEUTER Trail Pro 36 – 36 L dameswandelrugzak, geventileerde rug, heupgordel

DEUTER Trail Pro 36 is a 36-litre women’s hiking backpack designed for multi-day treks and fastpacking where ventilation, balanced load transfer and organised storage are required. The pack combines a ventilated back system with an adjustable fit for the female anatomy, offering a stable carry and top-lid access to the main compartment. External pockets and attachment points allow quick access to frequently used gear while the hip belt and shoulder straps transfer weight comfortably for long-distance walking.

Advantages

The ventilated back system reduces heat build-up on the back and improves airflow during active use. Adjustable shoulder straps and a shaping designed for women provide a better anatomical fit and reduce fatigue. The hip belt transfers load from shoulders to hips, improving stability on uneven terrain. Multiple external pockets and attachment points let you organise essentials and secure trekking poles or other equipment. Top-lid access and compartment design support fast packing and efficient storage.

How to use

Load heavier items close to the back and at the hip level to keep the centre of gravity stable. Use the top lid for items you need to reach quickly. Adjust shoulder straps and hip belt so the hip belt sits on the pelvis and transfers most of the pack weight to the hips; tighten load lifters and sternum strap to fine-tune stability. Use external pockets and attachment points for water bottles, rain gear and trekking poles to keep the main compartment organised.

Recommendations

For best ventilation and comfort on long treks, pair correct packing (heavy items low and close to the back) with a proper fit: set the hip belt first, then shoulder straps, then adjust load lifters. Regularly check attachment points and pockets for secure fastening when traversing rough terrain.
