S-VGA-kabel Premium InLine 17720S 15HD stekker/stekker zwart 20 m

The InLine S-VGA Cable Premium InLine 17720S 15HD male/male black 20m is a 20-metre VGA video cable with male D-Sub 15-pin connectors on both ends. It is designed to transmit analogue RGB video signals between devices such as projectors, monitors and PCs over longer distances while maintaining signal integrity. The black jacket and standard VGA pin layout make it compatible with a wide range of legacy and current devices that accept 15-pin HD VGA connections.

Advantages

This S-VGA cable provides a stable analogue video connection across its 20 m length while minimising interference and signal loss through quality shielding and solid connector contacts. The male-to-male 15HD connectors fit standard VGA ports for plug-and-play operation without additional adapters. The robust outer sheath and strain relief at each connector increase durability for frequent installation and long-term use.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers to external monitors or projectors
• AV installations in meeting rooms, classrooms and conference halls
• Extending VGA signal runs in office and public display setups
• Temporary or permanent connections where analogue VGA is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connector type: VGA (D-Sub) 15-pin male on both ends
• Signal type: Analogue RGB video
• Colour: Black
• Construction: Shielded conductor pairs with reinforced jacket and strain relief

How to use

Connect one 15-pin male VGA connector to the VGA output of the source device and the other connector to the VGA input of the display device. Ensure both devices are powered off or set to a low-power state when making connections to avoid accidental shorts. Tighten the connector thumbscrews by hand to secure the connection and minimise movement. After connection, power on the devices and select the correct input source on the display if required. Adjust resolution and refresh rate in the source device settings to match the display capabilities for optimal picture quality.

Recommendations

For best results over a 20 m run, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large motors, power transformers and unshielded power cables. If maximum image sharpness is required at higher resolutions, verify that the source and display settings are matched and consider using shorter runs or a signal booster/active converter for very high-resolution requirements.
