Safetex antislipmat voor onderlegging van europallets dikte 3,00 mm | afmetingen

With an anti-slip coefficient exceeding 0.6 (VDI 2700 Blatt 14) and a load capacity of up to 15 t/m², this SAFETEX pad locks palletised cargo in place during transport, eliminating dangerous sliding and reducing damage claims.

Overview

The SAFETEX ARM-03-0100-0100 is a 3 mm thick anti-slip pad cut to the exact footprint of a standard Euro pallet (1200 x 800 mm). Made from recycled SBR rubber granulate, it is placed between the pallet and the load or between stacked pallets to create a high-friction interface that prevents movement. The textured, granulated surface grips both wooden pallets and cardboard boxes, while the rubber compound also dampens vibration and reduces noise during transit.

What stands out

• Certified grip: Anti-slip coefficient µ > 0.6 according to VDI 2700 Blatt 14, ensuring reliable load securing without additional strapping in many applications.
• Heavy-duty performance: Supports up to 15 tonnes per square metre, making it suitable for industrial pallet loads and heavy machinery.
• Reusable and durable: High abrasion resistance and chemical resistance to common acids, alkalis, and oils allow multiple uses, reducing waste and cost per shipment.
• Vibration damping: Excellent vibration damping protects fragile goods and reduces noise in transit, improving overall transport quality.
• Temperature stable: Functions reliably from -30°C to +80°C, covering cold chain logistics and hot warehouse environments.
• Environmentally conscious: Made from recycled rubber granulate and compliant with REACH and RoHS, supporting sustainable logistics practices.
