Safetex draagklem Blackline WLL 1.000 kg | flensbreedte 75,0-220 mm | flenshoogte 20

Beam clamp for lifting, pulling, and suspending loads up to 1000 kg from steel beams. The SAFETEX Blackline STK-010-B features a robust high-strength alloy steel construction with a black powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. Its manual screw adjustment allows tool-free installation on flanges from 75 mm to 220 mm wide and up to 20 mm thick, making it versatile for various beam profiles. The integrated lifting eye provides a secure connection point for shackles or hooks, and the 5:1 safety factor ensures reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Compliant with EN 13155 for non-fixed load lifting attachments, this beam clamp is ideal for construction, manufacturing, and rigging applications.

Advantages

Quick and easy installation without tools, thanks to the manual screw adjustment. The black powder coating provides good corrosion resistance, extending the service life even in harsh conditions. The compact and robust design ensures durability and safe operation under heavy loads. The wide flange adjustment range accommodates a variety of beam sizes, reducing the need for multiple clamp models. The integrated lifting eye simplifies rigging and reduces the risk of improper attachment.

Suitable for

• Lifting and positioning steel beams during construction
• Suspending equipment, piping, or cable trays from structural steel
• Pulling loads horizontally along beam flanges
• Temporary or permanent rigging points in industrial facilities
• Workshops and fabrication shops requiring adjustable lifting points

Recommendations

Always inspect the beam clamp before each use for signs of wear, deformation, or corrosion. Ensure the flange width and thickness are within the specified range and that the clamp is fully tightened before applying load. Use only compatible shackles or hooks with a rated capacity equal to or greater than the intended load. Do not exceed the WLL and follow all applicable safety regulations and guidelines for lifting operations.
