Safetex ringmoer Blackline volgens DIN 582 WLL 230kg | M10 | materiaal van C15E

In industrial lifting and rigging, a failed connection point can lead to catastrophic accidents, costly downtime, and serious injuries. The SAFETEX Blackline DIN 582 Lifting Eye Nut M10 directly addresses this risk by providing a forged, high-strength anchor point rated for a working load limit of 230 kg. Engineered from C15E steel and finished in a durable black coating, this eye nut is built to withstand the demands of vertical lifting, hoisting, and securing applications where reliability is non-negotiable.

Who is it for

This lifting eye nut is intended for professional riggers, maintenance technicians, machine builders, and workshop operators who need a dependable threaded anchor for lifting equipment, fixtures, or components. It is suitable for use in manufacturing plants, construction sites, shipyards, and material handling operations. If your work involves overhead loads, jigs, or temporary lifting points, this DIN 582-compliant eye nut offers a standardised and safe solution.

Main features

• Conforms to DIN 582, the recognised German standard for lifting eye nuts, ensuring dimensional compatibility and predictable performance.
• Forged from C15E carbon steel for superior grain structure, toughness, and resistance to deformation under load.
• Black finish provides a measure of corrosion resistance and a professional appearance, suitable for indoor and light outdoor environments.
• Metric coarse thread M10 allows easy installation into tapped holes or with a compatible nut, offering a secure mechanical connection.
• Working load limit of 230 kg in vertical alignment, with a 4:1 safety factor typical for this class of lifting accessory (verify with local regulations).
• Compact dimensions (eye inner diameter 25 mm, outer diameter 45 mm, overall height 45 mm) make it ideal for confined spaces.

Tips

Always inspect the eye nut for cracks, deformation, or thread damage before each use. Ensure the mating thread is clean and fully engaged; the eye nut must seat firmly against the load surface. For angular lifts, reduce the working load limit according to the angle — consult DIN 582 or a qualified engineer. Never exceed the rated WLL, and replace the eye nut immediately if it shows signs of wear or overload. Store in a dry place to prolong the life of the black finish.
