Why choose it

The Puez Altavia is a versatile midlayer that punches above its weight for alpine hiking and trekking. The Polarlite fleece balances warmth and breathability, so you stay comfortable during high-output ascents and chilly rest stops. The athletic cut eliminates bulk under a shell, and the stretch fabric follows your every move. Bluesign® approval means the fabric meets strict environmental and safety standards, so you can feel good about your gear.

Ideal use cases

• Hiking and trekking in cool to cold conditions
• Alpine lifestyle and everyday mountain-town wear
• Layering under a hardshell or insulated jacket

Good to know

This hoody is part of Salewa's Puez collection, named after the Puez-Odle Nature Park in the Dolomites. The Polarlite fleece is designed to provide warmth without weight, and the 2-way stretch ensures freedom of movement on technical terrain. The Dark Denim colour is a versatile navy that pairs well with other outdoor gear. For best care, machine wash cold and hang to dry.
