For consistent tracking, measure at the same time of day under similar conditions and consult the manual for user setup and interpretation of body composition estimates.

Recommendations

For the most reliable results, use the scales on a hard, level floor and avoid carpets or uneven surfaces. Measure under consistent conditions — ideally in the morning before eating or drinking. Keep the contact pads clean and dry, and replace batteries when display dimness or inconsistent readings occur. Use the multi-user feature to store individual results and track progress over time.
