Tips

For best results, calibrate the new battery by fully charging it to 100% and then letting it drain to 0% once. After that, top-up charges are fine. Avoid exposing the phone to extreme heat, which degrades lithium cells faster. If you’re installing it yourself, use a plastic pry tool and disconnect the old battery carefully—never puncture or bend the cell. Keep the old battery for proper recycling at an electronics collection point.
