8/10

Eindoordeel: Software-wise it gives up nothing to the Watch 8 Classic, and the more minimal looks will probably appeal to a wider audience, but the Galaxy Watch 8 otherwise feels like a safe bet sequel. There's little here we haven't seen before, while rivals have it...

Pluspunten
  • Pros
  • Up-to-date OS is stuffed with features
  • Health and fitness tracking is extensive
  • Fresh styling also boosts protection
Minpunten
  • Cons
  • 40mm model barely lasts a day per charge
  • New strap mounting mechanism is fiddly
  • Not a huge generational leap in power or features
