Samsung S70D computermonitor 94 cm (37 inch) 3840 x 2160 pixel 4K Ultra HD lcd zwart

The Samsung S70D 37" LCD 4K Ultra HD monitor delivers a 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution on a flat 37-inch VA panel. With a native 16:9 aspect ratio, 5 ms response time and wide 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, the display is designed to provide detailed visuals and consistent colour and contrast across a broad range of viewing positions. The monitor comes in a black finish and supports VESA mounting for flexible desk or wall installation.

Advantages

The 4K Ultra HD resolution ensures high pixel density for precise text rendering and detailed imagery, while the VA panel offers a high typical contrast ratio (3000:1) for deeper blacks and improved perceived depth. A typical brightness of 350 cd/m² supports clear visibility in most indoor lighting conditions. Energy consumption figures for SDR and HDR usage are provided to help estimate running costs.

Suitable for

• Office productivity and multitasking where screen space and readable text are important
• Content review and photo editing that benefit from high resolution and strong contrast
• Home and professional workstations requiring VESA-compatible mounting
• Watching 4K video and streaming content with sharp detail

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable surface or mount it using a compatible VESA bracket to achieve the desired viewing height and angle. Connect video source(s) using the appropriate cables supported by your source device. Adjust display settings through the on-screen menu to set brightness, contrast, and colour presets that match your workflow; select a resolution of 3840 x 2160 on the connected device to use the panel’s native 4K mode. Use the monitor in an environment with moderate ambient light to reduce glare and maintain comfortable viewing.

Recommendations

For best results, calibrate colour and brightness when performing photo or video editing tasks. When using the monitor for long periods, set an ergonomic viewing position with the top of the screen at or slightly below eye level and take regular breaks to reduce eye strain. Check power settings to optimise energy use according to SDR or HDR operation modes.
