SAMURA Shadow koksmes 166 mm

The SAMURA Shadow chef's knife combines a 166 mm AUS-8 stainless steel blade with a black non-stick coating for smooth, precise cutting. Its symmetrical double-bevel edge and 58-59 HRC hardness deliver clean slices through vegetables, meats, and herbs.

Advantages

The black non-stick coating reduces friction, helping food release easily from the blade. A hidden tang construction and ABS plastic handle provide a secure, comfortable grip, while the plain edge is easy to maintain.
