How to use

Place the sandwich maker on a stable, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable mains socket. Preheat the appliance until the ready indicator (if present) signals the correct temperature. Assemble sandwiches on bread slices, place them onto the lower plate, and close the lid to start cooking. Monitor the toasting time according to desired browning; once cooked, open the appliance carefully using the handle and remove sandwiches with a heatproof utensil. Allow the plates to cool before wiping them clean with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

Use minimal butter or oil to prolong the life of the non-stick coating and avoid metal utensils that can scratch the plates. For easy cleaning, wipe down the plates after they have cooled and remove any trapped crumbs from the hinge area. Store the appliance upright if space is limited to save countertop room.
