SATA-kabel Sharkoon SATA 3 0,3 m 7-pins zwart blauw

Sharkoon SATA 3 cable, 0.3 m length, with 7-pin L-type plug on one end and 7-pin 90° L-type plug on the other. Designed for internal PC connections, this sleeved cable supports SATA III transfer speeds up to 6 Gbit/s and includes a metal latch for a secure connection. The black and blue design provides a tidy appearance inside the case while maintaining reliable data transmission between motherboard and storage devices.

Advantages

The cable supports SATA 3 (6 Gbit/s) for high-speed transfers and features an angled 90° connector to improve routing in tight spaces. A metal latch ensures stable contact, and the sleeved construction adds protection and a neater look for internal cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting 2.5" SSDs to a motherboard SATA port
• Connecting 3.5" HDDs to a motherboard SATA port
• Use in compact or small-form-factor cases where angled connectors help with routing
• Internal PC cable management where a sleeved, colored cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable type: SATA III
• Maximum data transfer rate: 6 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 0.3 m
• Connector 1: 7-pin L-type plug
• Connector 2: 7-pin 90° L-type plug
• Metal latch: yes
• Product colour: Black, Blue

How to use

Power off the PC and open the case. Align the 7-pin L-type plug with the motherboard SATA port and insert until the metal latch engages. Route the 90° connector to the storage drive (SSD or HDD) and insert it firmly into the drive’s SATA port. Ensure cables are not tightly bent at the connector angle to avoid stress. Close the case and power on the system; the connected drive should be detected by the BIOS/operating system.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term connections, avoid excessive bending near the connectors and secure the cable to chassis points if needed. Use the angled 90° plug in tight spaces to reduce strain and improve airflow inside the case.
