SATA-kabel ShiverPeaks BS-78240-0.7 0,7 m rechte stekker 7-polig interne pc-datakabel

SATA cable ShiverPeaks BS-78240-0.7 is a 0.7 m internal PC data cable with straight 7-pin connectors designed to connect SATA storage devices and optical drives to motherboard ports inside a computer case. The cable provides standard SATA signal transmission and pass-through for power and data lines where a short, reliable internal connection is required. It is intended for internal wiring and conforms to common SATA connector layouts to ensure compatibility with HDDs, SSDs and optical drives.

Advantages

This 0.7 m straight SATA cable offers a compact length suitable for tidy cable management in small or mid-size enclosures while maintaining stable signal integrity for SATA data transfer. The straight 7-pin connectors allow direct, space-efficient connections to standard SATA ports on motherboards and drives. Its simple construction reduces clutter and provides a dependable internal link for storage devices without adding unnecessary slack inside the chassis.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal hard disk drives (HDD) to motherboard SATA ports
• Connecting solid state drives (SSD) in 2.5" or compatible bays
• Linking internal optical drives (DVD, Blu-ray) to the system
• Short internal runs where cable length should be minimal to improve airflow and organization

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.7 m
• Connector type: straight 7-pin SATA to straight 7-pin SATA
• Intended use: internal PC data cable for SATA devices
• Compatibility: standard SATA interface for HDD, SSD and optical drives
• Design: single-ended data cable for inside-the-case routing

How to use

Power off the computer and disconnect it from the mains before installing. Route the cable inside the case from the motherboard SATA port to the SATA connector on the drive, avoiding sharp bends and interference with moving parts. Firmly insert each straight 7-pin connector into the corresponding SATA port until it seats. After connection, reassemble the case, reconnect power and boot the system to verify the drive is detected by the BIOS or operating system.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use this cable for internal, short-distance connections and avoid excessive bending or pulling. Keep the cable clear of cooling fans and sharp edges; verify secure seating of connectors and check drive recognition in BIOS after installation.
