Satechi ST-YTB100K Thunderbolt-kabel 1 m 40 Gbit/s zwart

The Satechi ST-YTB100K Thunderbolt Pro Cable is a 1-meter passive Thunderbolt 4 cable in black braided finish that supports up to 40 Gbps data transfer, 240W Power Delivery (EPR), and up to 8K/60Hz video output when connected to a compatible external monitor. With native PCIe support and broad backward compatibility, this cable is intended for high-performance connections between laptops, desktops, monitors, external drives and other Thunderbolt- or USB-C-equipped devices.

Advantages

This Thunderbolt cable provides ultra-fast transfers up to 40 Gbps and native PCIe at 32 Gbps for high-bandwidth peripherals. It supports 240W charging via Extended Power Range for power-hungry laptops and devices, and can carry up to 8K/60Hz video to a Thunderbolt-enabled monitor. The cable is downward compatible with USB4, Thunderbolt 3 and earlier USB versions, and features a durable braided exterior designed to coil without tangling.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops to Thunderbolt-enabled external monitors (up to 8K/60Hz)
• High-speed transfers between computers and external SSDs or RAID arrays
• Powering and charging laptops and other devices supporting 240W EPR
• Connecting external GPUs and other PCIe peripherals via Thunderbolt

How to use

Connect one end of the Satechi Thunderbolt Pro Cable to the Thunderbolt or USB-C port on your source device (laptop, desktop, smartphone or tablet) and the other end to a Thunderbolt- or USB-C-equipped peripheral such as an external drive, monitor, dock or charger. For maximum video and performance, attach to Thunderbolt-enabled monitors and hosts that support 8K/60Hz and PCIe features. Use a compatible power adapter that supports Extended Power Range to enable up to 240W charging.

Recommendations

Use with certified Thunderbolt 4 or compatible USB-C devices and quality power adapters. Avoid sharp bends near the connectors and store coiled to preserve the braided jacket. For full 8K/60Hz or 240W capability, ensure both the host and peripheral support the required Thunderbolt/Power Delivery specifications.
