Scheidingswand Allit ProfiPlus Endless 59 roestvrij staal 590 mm breed

The Allit ProfiPlus Endless 59 Separator is a durable stainless steel organizer element with a width of 590 mm, depth of 47 mm and thickness of 5 mm. Designed to create fixed partitions or to be combined into continuous divider systems, this separator helps structure drawers, shelves and storage bins in workshops, vehicles and storage rooms. Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction ensures long service life under regular use.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides resistance to corrosion, mechanical wear and deformation. A 590 mm width allows coverage of common drawer and shelf sizes without the need for additional cutting. The shallow 47 mm depth keeps separated items accessible while the 5 mm thickness gives stability under load. The Endless design allows multiple separators to be joined for flexible partitioning of larger storage areas.

Suitable for

• Organizing tool drawers and small parts trays in workshops
• Partitioning storage shelves and cabinets
• Creating adjustable dividers in service vehicles and vans
• Separating components in industrial workstations or assembly lines

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel
• Width: 590 mm
• Depth: 47 mm
• Thickness: 5 mm
• Design: endless / joinable divider

How to use

Place the separator into the intended drawer, shelf or bin so that the 590 mm length spans the required partition area. For continuous partitions, align adjacent Endless 59 separators and connect them according to the mounting method compatible with the storage system in use. Ensure edges are seated firmly and that the divider is secure before returning tools or parts to the compartment. Use moderate force when inserting or removing the separator to avoid accidental bending.

Recommendations

For best results, measure the interior width of the drawer or shelf before installation to confirm the 590 mm length matches. Combine several separators for larger compartments and pair with non-slip liners if items tend to move. Periodically inspect for deformation or burrs and clean with a non-abrasive stainless steel cleaner to maintain corrosion resistance and appearance.
