Advantages

These sanding discs deliver consistent grit performance and are manufactured to provide an even abrasive layer across the disc surface, which reduces the need for frequent pressure adjustment during sanding. The discs are supplied in a compact pack of six to minimize downtime for replacement. Compatibility with a range of Bosch sanders ensures simple application and reliable adhesion to standard hook-and-loop or adhesive backing systems used by Bosch. How to use

Select a disc with the appropriate grit for the task and attach it to a compatible Bosch sander following the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Start with a lighter pressure and move the sander evenly across the surface to avoid creating uneven spots. Replace discs as they become worn to maintain consistent sanding performance. Use progressive grit steps when moving from rough shaping to fine finishing to achieve a smooth final surface ready for paint or varnish.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate eye, respiratory and hearing protection during sanding. Test the sanding disc on a small inconspicuous area to confirm the chosen grit and technique produce the expected result. Store discs flat in a dry environment to prevent deformation and maintain abrasive performance.
