Carry the bag by the shoulder strap when moving between workspaces and set it down on its wide base to keep it upright while you access contents.

Recommendations

To maintain the felt surface, gently remove loose dirt with a soft brush or dry cloth; avoid heavy soaking and machine washing to preserve shape and stitching. For frequent desk-sharing use, label the insert pocket clearly and keep fragile items padded to prevent movement during transport.
