Schroefklem Bessey TW28-30-14-2K 30 cm zwart rood roestvrij staal

The Bessey TW28-30-14-2K F-clamp offers a 30 cm opening in a robust, heavy-duty design. Constructed with a combination of coated components and stainless steel parts, this clamp provides reliable holding force and stability for a range of clamping tasks. With a weight of approximately 1.7 kg, it balances durability and control, making it suitable for repetitive use in workshop and on-site environments.

Advantages

The F-clamp combines a rigid bar and a precision-machined sliding head to deliver consistent pressure and accurate alignment. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel elements increase longevity in demanding conditions, while the ergonomic handle and solid build reduce slippage during tightening. The 30 cm throat depth gives sufficient reach for many standard woodworking and metalworking assemblies, and the overall construction supports repeatable, secure clamping without frequent readjustment.

Suitable for

• Woodworking glue-ups and panel assembly
• Metal fabrication and light welding fixtures
• Carpentry, joinery and furniture repairs
• General workshop holding, sanding and finishing tasks

Key specifications

• Maximum opening: 30 cm
• Construction materials: coated components with stainless steel parts
• Weight: approximately 1.7 kg
• Type: F-clamp (bar clamp) with sliding head and fixed jaw
• Handle: ergonomic tightening handle for controlled torque

How to use

Position the clamp so the fixed jaw and sliding head contact the workpieces to be held. Adjust the sliding head along the bar to bring the jaws close to the workpiece, then rotate the handle to apply clamping pressure until the workpieces are secure and aligned. Apply only the amount of force necessary to prevent movement; avoid overtightening which can deform delicate materials. Release by reversing the handle and sliding the head away from the workpiece.

Recommendations

Use protective pads on the clamp jaws when working with finished or soft surfaces to prevent marring. Regularly inspect and clean the bar and sliding mechanism to ensure smooth operation; lightly lubricate moving parts if resistance develops. Store the clamp in a dry place to preserve stainless steel components and maintain long-term performance.
