Schroevendraaierbit wiha 7010Z/6.5-25 25 mm, enkelvoudige sleufbit voor hand- en elektrische schroevendraaiers

wiha 7010Z/6.5-25 is a 25 mm screwdriver bit with a 6.5 mm single slotted tip designed for use with both manual and powered drivers. The bit’s compact length and flat-head geometry deliver a precise fit in slotted screws, helping to transfer torque efficiently while reducing the risk of cam-out. Made for general repair, assembly and maintenance tasks, this accessory is interchangeable with standard bit holders and quick-change chucks.

Advantages

The single slotted design provides consistent contact with the screw head to improve torque delivery and alignment. Short 25 mm length offers better control in confined spaces and reduces leverage that can cause slipping. Compatible with manual screwdrivers and powered drivers, the bit supports quick replacement and interchangeability. The flat tip is machined for accurate seating, which helps to minimize wear on both the screw and the bit during repeated use.

How to use

Insert the 25 mm bit into a compatible bit holder, quick-change chuck or manual handle, ensuring it seats firmly to avoid wobble. Select the correct 6.5 mm slotted tip to match the screw head and apply steady pressure while turning to maintain engagement. When using powered drivers, use a controlled speed and torque setting appropriate for the screw and work material to prevent cam-out or damage.

Recommendations

For longest life, avoid excessive lateral force and use the correct tip width for the screw. Inspect the bit tip periodically for rounding or burrs and replace the bit when wear impairs fit. When working with delicate components, reduce driver torque and use steady, controlled motion.
