How to use

Switch off the circuit breaker before beginning installation. Fit the flush-mounted socket into a compatible installation box and make electrical connections according to local wiring regulations: connect live, neutral and protective earth conductors to the corresponding terminals. Secure the device to the mounting box and attach the cover plate. Restore power and verify correct operation and grounding with an appropriate testing device. The protective flap opens to allow plug insertion and closes when the outlet is not in use.

Recommendations

Install and maintain the socket in accordance with applicable national and local electrical codes. Use a qualified electrician for installation and for any maintenance that involves opening the device or changing wiring. Do not use the outlet outdoors or in locations exposed to water without appropriate IP-rated protection. Periodically check the protective flap and connections for damage and replace the socket if any fault or wear is found.
