How to use

Install the sanding roll according to the instructions for your Bosch sander model, ensuring the machine is switched off and unplugged before fitting. Align and secure the roll on the sanding spindle or holder, tension it as required by the sander design, and verify correct alignment before powering the tool. Use steady, even passes over the workpiece and check the abrasive condition periodically, replacing the roll when effectiveness decreases.

Recommendations

For best results, select a grit suited to the material and stage of the job (coarser grits for rapid stock removal, finer grits for finishing). Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye, hearing and respiratory protection) and follow the sander manufacturer's safety guidelines when using this accessory.
