Schuurblad KWB 492818 5 stuks

KWB 492818 sanding sheets are delta-shaped abrasive discs, 93 mm in diameter, designed for use with delta and detail sanders. Coated with aluminium oxide and bonded with phenolic resin on a strong backing, they feature a hook-and-loop fabric attachment and punched holes for dust extraction. These sheets are suitable for sanding wood and metal as well as paint, varnish, filler, stone and many plastics.

Advantages

The aluminium oxide abrasive provides durable cutting performance while the phenolic resin bond maintains grit stability under heat and pressure. The strong backing ensures even pressure distribution and longer service life. Hook-and-loop fabric backing allows quick attachment and replacement, and the punched design supports efficient dust removal when used with compatible sanders.

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task, attach the sanding sheet to a compatible delta or detail sander using the hook-and-loop backing, and ensure punched holes align with the sander's dust extraction pattern. Use light to moderate pressure, move the sander steadily across the surface, and replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for smoothing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and a dust extraction system when sanding painted surfaces, metals, or materials that produce fine dust.
