Schuurnet Bosch Expert M480 2608900691

The Bosch Expert M480 sanding net is engineered for efficient sanding across a variety of surfaces. Its open net structure improves dust extraction, reducing airborne particles and helping maintain a cleaner work area. The material construction is durable for extended use and designed to resist clogging, providing consistent abrasive performance and a smooth finish when used with compatible orbital and detail sanders.

Advantages

The net-style abrasive allows superior dust extraction compared with closed-back sheets, which supports faster material removal and less frequent interruptions to clear debris. The durable abrasive surface and tear-resistant backing extend service life under typical workshop conditions. The design reduces clogging on soft or resinous materials, maintaining cut rate and surface quality over longer sanding sessions.

Suitable for

• Sanding plaster, drywall and joint compounds
• Preparing painted or varnished surfaces for refinishing
• Smoothing wood and composite panels
• Detail sanding in automotive and carpentry applications

Key specifications

• Net-style abrasive structure for enhanced dust extraction
• Durable abrasive material with tear-resistant backing
• Compatibility with a range of orbital and detail sanders that accept net-format discs
• Designed to reduce clogging on soft and resinous surfaces
• Provides consistent surface finish and extended abrasive life under normal use

How to use

Select the appropriate grit and attach the sanding net to a compatible sander following the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Work with steady, even strokes and avoid excessive pressure to prolong abrasive life and ensure uniform results. Ensure dust-extraction systems or vacuum attachments are connected and operating for best performance. Replace the sanding net when abrasive performance declines or visible wear appears.

Recommendations

Use with a dust-extraction-equipped sander for optimal cleanliness and to extend abrasive life. Choose coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for finishing passes. Store nets flat or on a spool in a dry environment to prevent deformation and maintain performance.
