How to use

Fit the sanding pad to the sander according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring secure engagement of the mounting interface before switching the tool on. Attach a suitable abrasive disc to the pad, matching grit size to the task at hand. Operate the sander with steady, even strokes and avoid excessive pressure which can reduce abrasive life and affect surface quality. Replace the pad when excessive wear or damage is visible to maintain consistent sanding performance.

Recommendations

For best results, match abrasive grit to the material and stage of work (coarser grits for rapid stock removal, finer grits for finishing) and check compatibility with your specific Bosch sander model. Regularly inspect both pad and abrasive for wear and replace as needed to ensure safe operation and consistent surface results.
