Schuurpapierblad Bosch 2609256A89, korrel 80, 185 x 93 mm

Bosch sanding paper sheet 80 grit, size 185 x 93 mm, is designed for medium-coarse abrasive work on a variety of surfaces. The sheet is compatible with hand sanding and many sanding blocks or palm sanders that accept this size. It provides effective stock removal and surface preparation for subsequent finishing or painting, and is suitable for tasks such as paint stripping, leveling of substrates and shaping wood.

Advantages

The abrasive grain grade (80 grit) offers a balance between cutting speed and control for rapid material removal without excessive gouging. The sheet format simplifies replacement and allows use with different manual sanding tools. Durable abrasive coating and consistent grit distribution ensure even results across the sanding area, reducing the need for repeated passes. The 185 x 93 mm dimensions make it convenient for hand-held work and for reaching both large and narrow areas.

How to use

Select the 80 grit sanding sheet when you need moderate to aggressive material removal. Attach the sheet securely to a sanding block or compatible palm sander, or hold it by hand for detailed areas. Apply even pressure and move along the grain on wood where possible to avoid scratches. For paint or varnish removal, start with steady strokes and inspect the surface frequently to avoid over-sanding. Replace the sheet once the abrasive becomes clogged or worn to maintain consistent performance.

Recommendations

For best results, combine this 80 grit sheet with finer grits (for example 120–240) in subsequent passes to progressively refine the surface before priming or finishing. Use appropriate dust extraction or a mask and eye protection when sanding painted surfaces or materials that generate fine dust.
