• General-purpose abrasive work with compatible rotary sanders

Key specifications

• Bore diameter: 2.2 cm
• Quantity in pack: 5 discs
• Intended use: manual or powered rotary sanding attachments
• Compatible surfaces: wood, metal, painted finishes

How to use

Select a backing pad or mandrel that matches the 2.2 cm bore and securely mount the disc. Ensure the sanding disc is centered and tightened according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Start at low speed to check stability, then increase to the recommended operating speed for the task. Move the sander evenly across the surface, applying light, consistent pressure to avoid gouging. Replace discs from the pack when abrasive effectiveness decreases.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, a dust mask and hearing protection when sanding. Match grit and pressure to the material being worked on and avoid excessive force that can reduce disc life or damage the workpiece.
