Schuurschijf Dremel EZ SpeedClic 2615S413JA

The Dremel EZ SpeedClic Sanding Discs (model 2615S413JA) are universal sanding accessories for light sanding and shaping on various materials. Each disc has a 30 mm diameter and is available in 60 and 240 grit. They are designed for quick, keyless attachment to the SC402 mandrel and offer improved durability and material removal compared with earlier Dremel sanding discs.

Advantages

EZ SpeedClic discs attach and detach without a wrench, enabling faster disc changes. The discs are reported to last up to twice as long and remove up to twice as much material compared with the Dremel 411 and 413 sanding discs. Their 30 mm size and two grit options provide versatility for light sanding and shaping tasks.

Suitable for

• Light sanding and shaping on wood
• Surface preparation on plastics
• Removing small amounts of material from soft metals
• Detail sanding in tight or curved areas

How to use

Fit the disc onto the SC402 SpeedClic mandrel by pressing it into place until it locks—no wrench required. Operate the Dremel tool at appropriate speed for the material and grit: use lower speeds for plastics and higher speeds for harder surfaces. Apply light, consistent pressure and move the disc evenly across the work area to avoid gouging. Replace the disc when grit is worn or performance decreases.

Recommendations

Use eye protection and a dust mask when sanding. Select 60 grit for more aggressive material removal and 240 grit for fine finishing. Test on a scrap piece before working on the final surface to confirm speed and pressure settings.
