Schuurschijven Bosch 2608902412, 125 mm diameter, 50-pack

Pack of 50 Bosch sanding discs with a 125 mm diameter designed for use with compatible orbital sanders. These sanding discs are intended for sanding and surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces and light finishing tasks. The consistent abrasive quality offers predictable performance across multiple pieces, making the set suitable for both professional workshops and home DIY projects.

Advantages

The sanding discs deliver uniform abrasive action and stable wear characteristics across the pack, reducing the need for frequent tool adjustments. The 125 mm diameter fits standard orbital sanding pads, enabling quick replacement and minimizing downtime. A 50-piece quantity ensures availability for extended jobs and repetitive tasks, while the disc construction maintains shape and grip during use.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw and finished wood surfaces
• Removing old paint and varnish
• Surface preparation before painting or sealing
• Light finishing and smoothing of interior surfaces

Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity: 50 discs per pack
• Compatibility: for orbital/palm sanders with 125 mm pad
• Intended materials: wood, paint coatings and light finishing substrates
• Form factor: round abrasive discs

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct alignment and secure fastening. Operate the sander at the recommended speed for the material being worked on, applying even pressure and keeping the tool moving to avoid gouging. Replace discs when abrasive performance diminishes or when clogging affects the finish. Dispose of used discs following local waste guidelines.

Recommendations

Choose an abrasive grade appropriate for the task: coarser grits for paint removal and material removal, finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Use dust extraction when possible to maintain visibility and extend disc life. Test on a small area before proceeding with a full surface to confirm the desired result.
