Schuurschijven Bosch 2608902455, 150 mm diameter, 50-pack

Pack of 50 Bosch sanding discs, 150 mm diameter, designed for use with compatible orbital and random orbital sanders. These discs provide a consistent abrasive surface suitable for medium-area sanding and surface preparation on wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates. The format and grit options (as supplied) make them practical for renovation, woodworking and painting preparation tasks where a standard-sized disc is required.

Advantages

These Bosch sanding discs offer uniform abrasive coverage across the 150 mm surface, ensuring even material removal and reduced risk of uneven sanding marks. Supplied in a pack of 50, they reduce downtime for frequent disc changes on larger projects. The discs are compatible with common hook-and-loop mounting systems used on orbital sanders, providing simple attachment and removal during work. The abrasive material is suited for general-purpose sanding on wood and painted substrates, delivering predictable results for surface leveling and preparation.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces
• Paint and varnish removal or feathering
• Surface preparation before painting or finishing
• General-purpose sanding in renovation and carpentry

Key specifications

• Diameter: 150 mm
• Pack quantity: 50 discs
• Compatibility: orbital and random orbital sanders with 150 mm hook-and-loop backing
• Abrasive type: general-purpose sanding abrasive suitable for wood and painted surfaces
• Intended use: medium-area material removal and surface preparation

How to use

Attach a disc to the sander’s hook-and-loop pad, ensuring it is centered and secure before switching on the tool. Use steady, overlapping passes with moderate pressure; avoid pressing excessively to prevent premature disc wear or surface damage. Replace the disc when abrasive performance diminishes or when the backing shows wear. Follow the sander manufacturer’s safety instructions, including use of dust extraction or a mask and eye protection when sanding.

Recommendations

For best results on wood and painted surfaces, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly and switch to a finer grit for final smoothing. Use dust extraction when available and inspect the workpiece frequently to avoid over-sanding.
