SEGULA SureFlap Connect Hub – smart pet gateway (wit)

While many pet gadgets work in isolation, the SEGULA SureFlap Connect Hub unifies your Sure Petcare ecosystem into one seamless smart system. This compact white gateway links up to 10 compatible devices—such as SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect, SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect, and SureFlap Microchip Pet Door Connect—to your home network, enabling remote control and real-time monitoring from a single app.

Highlights

• Connects up to 10 Sure Petcare Connect devices
• Wired Ethernet link to your router for a stable connection
• Real-time activity notifications and pet behaviour insights
• Remote control of compatible cat flaps and feeders
• 2.4 GHz wireless link from hub to pet devices (up to 10 m)
• Simple setup with the Sure Petcare app for iOS and Android
• Multi-colour status LED for at-a-glance hub status

In daily use

Set the hub next to your router and plug it in with the included power adapter and Ethernet cable. The hub communicates with your connected pet devices and sends updates to the app, so you can see when your cat uses the flap, receive alerts if your pet stays out too long, and adjust feeding schedules remotely. The app also charts your pet's activity over time, helping you spot changes in behaviour early. You can mount the hub on a wall or stand it on a shelf.
