How to use

Attach your sports camera to the three-claw hook and secure it with the supplied mounting screw and 1/4" stand mount. Extend the rod to the desired length and lock the sections using the double-locking mechanism and reinforced locks. Hold the silicone grip firmly while filming; avoid keeping the rod fully extended for prolonged periods during high-impact riding on motorcycles or bicycles, since strong shocks can cause the rod to retract. After use, collapse the rod, store the screw and mount in a safe place and follow the user manual for maintenance instructions.

Recommendations

Use the holder with compatible mounts and check all locks before each use. When mounting on a motorcycle or bicycle, reduce exposure to strong impacts and avoid long-term use at full extension to prevent unintentional retraction.
