Sharkoon SGK50 S4 toetsenbord gaming USB AZERTY Frans zwart 60% RGB LED

The Sharkoon SGK50 S4 is a compact 60% gaming keyboard in AZERTY layout with USB connection and RGB LED backlighting. Its reduced footprint frees desk space for broader mouse movements while retaining essential functions. The keyboard supports hot-swap switches compatible with both 3-pin and 5-pin types and comes with tools for quick keycap and switch replacement. Three Kailh switch variants (linear red, tactile brown, clicky blue) are available, each with a short 1.9 mm travel to actuation and a rated lifespan of at least 70 million keystrokes. Macros with up to 16 actions can be recorded directly on the keyboard without additional software.

Advantages

The 60% form factor saves desk space and provides more room for mouse movement, while the coiled cable and adjustable feet offer flexible positioning. Hot-swap capability allows fast replacement of switches without soldering, and included tools simplify keycap and switch changes. Pre-installed Kailh switch options let users choose between linear, tactile, or clicky feedback. On-board macro recording supports up to two macros of 16 actions each, and RGB lighting can be set to single-color or multi-color effects via key combinations.

Suitable for

• Gamers seeking a compact AZERTY gaming keyboard
• Users who want to customize switches without soldering
• Desk setups where saving space and wider mouse movement are priorities
• Those who prefer hardware macro recording without software

Use the keyboard’s defined key combinations to record or overwrite macros directly on the device and to cycle through lighting modes and colors.

Recommendations

For long-lasting performance, choose switch types that match your typing or gaming preference (red for smooth linear action, brown for tactile feedback with low noise, blue for audible feedback). When swapping switches, power off the system if possible and handle switches and keycaps with the supplied tools to avoid damage. Keep the keyboard on a stable surface and allow extra space for wide mouse movements.
