Sharkoon SGK50 S4 toetsenbord gaming USB QWERTZ Duits wit RGB LED

The Sharkoon SGK50 S4 is a 60% compact gaming keyboard in a white QWERTZ layout that combines essential keys and features in a reduced footprint. It uses a wired USB connection and a 1.8 m spiral cable for reliable connectivity. The keyboard supports hot-swap switches with both 3‑ and 5‑pin compatibility and comes with three pre-installed Kailh switch variants. Macros of up to 16 actions can be recorded on the keyboard without separate software, and RGB backlighting offers single-color and multi-color effects.

Advantages

The compact 60% form factor saves desk space and provides more room for mouse movement. Hot-swap socketing enables fast, tool-assisted replacement of switches and keycaps, allowing use of 3‑ or 5‑pin mechanical switches. Three Kailh switch types (linear red, tactile brown, clicky blue) are available, each with a short 1.9 mm actuation distance and an average lifespan of at least 70 million keystrokes. The hot-swap PCB is mounted between foam layers to reduce typing noise. Onboard macro recording up to two macros with 16 actions each eliminates the need for external software.

Suitable for

• PC gaming where desk space is limited
• Users who want to customize switches without soldering
• Players who need quick macro setup without software
• Environments requiring compact, wired keyboards with RGB lighting

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, keep the keyboard on a flat surface, avoid excessive force when changing switches, and use matching 3‑ or 5‑pin mechanical switches. If you require a German QWERTZ layout and compact footprint for intensive mouse movement, choose the SGK50 S4 with the preferred Kailh switch type for your typing or gaming style.
