SHIVERPEAKS BS08-41056-4 Cat8.1 F/FTP netwerkkabel, 5 m, wit

For high-speed networking where every millisecond counts, this SHIVERPEAKS Cat8.1 cable delivers up to 40 Gbit/s across 5 metres—far beyond standard Cat6a or Cat7 solutions. The F/FTP shielding (foiled pairs plus an overall foil) blocks crosstalk and EMI, making it a reliable choice for data centres, server rooms, and 25G/40G Ethernet links. The white jacket keeps installations tidy, while gold-plated RJ45 connectors resist corrosion and ensure consistent contact over repeated plug cycles.

Highlights

• Cat8.1 performance: supports 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T, with a bandwidth of up to 2000 MHz.
• F/FTP shielding: each twisted pair is individually foiled, plus an overall foil screen for maximum noise immunity.
• Durable build: stranded copper conductors and a flexible PVC jacket withstand frequent bending and routing.
• Gold-plated RJ45 plugs: low contact resistance and long-term reliability for critical connections.
• 5-metre length: ideal for patching between switches, servers, and patch panels in racks.

In daily use

Whether you are upgrading a server rack or connecting high-throughput workstations, this cable handles 10/100/1000Base-T, 10GBase-T, 25GBase-T, and 40GBase-T Ethernet. The stranded copper core remains flexible even in tight cable managers, and the white jacket is easy to label or colour-code. Operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C allow deployment in most indoor environments, and the cable meets TIA/EIA-568-B.2-10 standards for Cat8.1 performance.
