ShiverPeaks BS57003 kabelverbinder 6,3 mm zwart roestvrij staal stekker/bus

The ShiverPeaks BS57003 Wire Connector 6.3 mm Black Stainless Steel Male/Female is a compact audio and electrical connector designed for secure plug-and-socket connections. Manufactured in black stainless steel, this 6.3 mm connector set includes both male and female parts to provide reliable mechanical and electrical contact for a variety of cable-based connections. It is intended for use where a durable, corrosion-resistant connection is required and where a standard 6.3 mm interface is needed.

Advantages

The black stainless steel construction offers improved corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance for visible installations. The included male and female connectors allow straightforward mating without additional adapters, reducing assembly time. The 6.3 mm diameter follows a common size standard, ensuring compatibility with many audio and low-voltage electrical devices. The design emphasizes mechanical stability and repeatable contact performance for frequent plug cycles.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment patching and instrument cable connections
• Low-voltage signal and control connections in electronic devices
• Panel-mounted plug-and-socket applications requiring a 6.3 mm interface
• Environments where corrosion resistance and a black finish are preferred

Key specifications

• Connector size: 6.3 mm
• Connector types: male and female set
• Material: stainless steel with black finish
• Finish: black, visually consistent surface
• Intended use: audio and low-voltage electrical connections

How to use

Prepare cable ends by stripping insulation to the appropriate length for the connector contacts. Insert conductors into the contact sleeves or solder points according to the connector design, then secure any retaining nuts or housings to ensure mechanical stability. Mate the male and female parts by aligning the 6.3 mm plugs and pressing together until a firm connection is felt. For panel installations, mount the female or panel-side part in the designated cutout and fasten it according to the mounting provisions.

Recommendations

Inspect contacts periodically for wear or corrosion, and ensure cable strain relief is used to prevent mechanical stress on the connector. Use appropriate cable gauges and follow device manufacturer guidelines for current and voltage limits to maintain safe and reliable operation.
