ShiverPeaks BS57061 draadverbinder 6,3 mm 3,5 mm zwart roestvrij staal

The ShiverPeaks BS57061 Wire Connector 6.3mm 3.5mm Black Stainless Steel is a compact, dual-diameter connector designed for reliable male and female audio and electrical connections. Machined from black stainless steel, it provides a corrosion-resistant contact surface and a robust housing suitable for repeated insertion and removal. The connector supports both 6.3mm and 3.5mm mating parts, enabling compatibility with common audio jacks, speaker terminals and other low-voltage signal connections where a secure metal connector is required.

Advantages

The black stainless steel construction offers enhanced durability and resistance to wear and environmental factors compared with plated brass alternatives. A dual-size design accommodates different connector standards without additional adapters, simplifying installations and maintenance. The male/female gender configuration ensures straightforward mating and reliable mechanical fit, while the compact form factor keeps cable assemblies neat and unobtrusive.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment connections (instruments, amplifiers, mixers)
• Speaker and low-voltage signal wiring
• Custom cable assemblies and repairs
• Portable and studio gear requiring durable connectors

Key specifications

• Connector diameters: 6.3 mm and 3.5 mm compatible
• Gender: male and female mating configuration
• Material: stainless steel with black finish
• Intended use: audio and low-voltage signal connections
• Form factor: compact, metal housing suitable for repeated use

How to use

Align the corresponding male and female contact surfaces before insertion to avoid damage to the contact points. For cable termination, strip the cable to the appropriate length, secure conductors according to the connector’s mechanical or solder termination method, and then assemble the housing. Ensure proper mechanical support and strain relief in the cable run to prevent stress on the connector during use. Test the connection for continuity and correct signal transmission after assembly.

Recommendations

Use this connector in dry or controlled indoor environments to maximize longevity; if used outdoors or in humid conditions, apply appropriate sealing and corrosion protection measures. Avoid excessive mechanical torque and repeated forceful seating to preserve the finish and mating geometry.
