ShiverPeaks BS57071 kabelverbinder 6,3 mm zwart RVS stekker/bus

The ShiverPeaks BS57071 Wire Connector 6.3 mm Black Stainless Steel Male/Female is a compact audio and power connector designed for reliable male-to-female connections. Constructed from stainless steel with a black finish, it provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance suitable for repeated mating and environments where durability is required. The 6.3 mm contact diameter matches common audio and power terminal sizes, making it compatible with a wide range of equipment in the Audio & Video Cables category.

Advantages

This stainless steel connector offers robust construction and a corrosion-resistant surface, reducing wear from frequent insertion and removal. The black finish improves visual integration with dark panels and cabling while maintaining the metal’s structural properties. The male/female configuration supports secure mating and straightforward replacement or extension of existing wiring systems.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment patching and signal connections
• Speaker and amplifier wiring where 6.3 mm terminals are used
• Prototyping and repair of consumer electronics with compatible jack/plug sizes
• Fixtures and installations requiring a durable metal connector with a black appearance

Key specifications

• Contact diameter: 6.3 mm (standard connector size)
• Material: stainless steel body for mechanical strength and corrosion resistance
• Color/finish: black exterior with stainless steel characteristics
• Gender: male/female mating configuration

How to use

Prepare the wiring and terminal points ensuring compatibility with a 6.3 mm contact diameter. Align the male and female parts and insert them firmly until a secure mechanical connection is achieved. For wiring, follow standard soldering or crimping practices appropriate to the connector design and the conductor sizes used. Inspect the connection visually and by gently testing mechanical retention before powering equipment.

Recommendations

Use in environments where a corrosion-resistant metal connector is preferred; avoid prolonged exposure to aggressive chemicals or extreme temperatures beyond typical audio equipment specifications. Regularly check connections for wear and ensure mating surfaces remain clean to preserve conductivity and mechanical reliability.
