Coaxkabel S/CONN 80027-128 7,5 m IEC wit

The ShiverPeaks Coaxial Cable S/CONN 80027-128 7.5 m IEC White is a 7.5-metre coax cable with IEC connectors on both ends designed for reliable audio and video signal transmission. The cable provides a straightforward connection between televisions, set-top boxes, radios and other devices that accept standard IEC coaxial plugs. Its white jacket and flexible construction facilitate discreet routing and installation in living rooms, media cabinets or behind wall fixtures.

Advantages

The cable delivers stable signal transfer for FM/DAB radio, digital TV and analogue signals while minimising signal loss over the 7.5 m length. Its double-ended IEC connectors allow plug-and-play installation without tools. The white outer jacket resists everyday wear and is flexible enough for neat cable management. The cable’s construction supports standard household AV systems and provides consistent impedance for reduced interference.

Suitable for

• Connecting TV to wall outlet or set-top box
• Linking FM/DAB radio aerials to tuners
• Extending existing coax runs in home AV setups
• Temporary or permanent installations behind cabinets or entertainment centres

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connector type: IEC male to IEC male (both ends)
• Colour: white jacket
• Cable type: coaxial for RF/audio-video signals
• Typical use: analogue and digital TV, FM/DAB radio

How to use

Connect one IEC plug to the antenna or wall socket and the other to the device’s IEC input such as a television, set-top box or radio. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain good contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or kinks and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible. If a longer or shorter run is required, use appropriate length cables or a signal amplifier for extended distances.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight loops and sharp bends; secure the cable with clips or adhesive cable holders to prevent strain on the connectors. If signal quality is poor over long runs, consider checking connector seating, trying a shorter cable, or using a dedicated RF amplifier or higher-grade screened coaxial cable.
