Coaxkabel S/CONN 80035-32 5 m IEC wit

The ShiverPeaks Coaxial Cable S/CONN 80035-32 5 m IEC White is a 5-meter coaxial lead with IEC connectors on both ends, designed to carry audio and video signals between consumer electronics and AV equipment. Its white jacket offers a discreet appearance suited to visible installations while maintaining consistent impedance for reliable signal transfer across home theater, gaming, and professional audio setups.

Advantages

This coaxial cable provides stable signal transmission with IEC-compatible connectors at each end, reducing the risk of signal loss or interference when connecting televisions, set-top boxes, radios, or tuners. The uniform 5 m length simplifies planning for medium-range connections without the need for extensions, and the white outer sheath blends with light-coloured interiors for a neat installation. The cable construction supports typical household and studio applications where standard coaxial connectivity is required.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a set-top box or antenna
• Home theater audio and video interconnects
• Radio tuners and FM/DAB antenna connections
• Gaming consoles with RF/IEC inputs or adapters
• Temporary or fixed installations in residential and small commercial environments

Key specifications

• Cable type: coaxial cable with IEC male-to-male connectors
• Length: 5 meters
• Color: white outer jacket
• Connector type: standard IEC connectors on both ends
• Intended use: audio and video signal transmission

How to use

Connect one IEC connector to the IEC socket on the source device (for example a set-top box, tuner or VCR) and the other connector to the IEC input on the receiving device such as a television or audio receiver. Ensure connectors are fully seated and hand-tight; avoid excessive force. Route the cable to minimise sharp bends and keep it away from power cords and large electrical equipment to reduce interference. If the connection requires a wall plate or in-line adapter, attach the cable to the adapter before securing any fixed installations.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this cable for distances up to 5 meters without additional amplifiers. Regularly inspect connectors for corrosion or damage and replace the cable if signal degradation is observed. When installing in permanent setups, avoid kinking the cable and allow gentle curves to preserve impedance characteristics.
