Platte 4-aderige telefoonkabel S-Impuls 100 m, zwart

Flat 4-core Telephone Cable S-Impuls 100 m in black is a low-voltage cable intended for fixed-line telephone wiring and simple voice/data connections. The flat profile allows installation in narrow spaces, enabling discreet routing under carpets, along skirting boards, or behind door frames. The cable contains four insulated conductors suitable for standard analogue telephone lines and basic intercom or alarm wiring, providing a compact solution where a slim, unobtrusive cable is required.

Advantages

The flat construction minimizes visibility and reduces the need for trunking when routing along floors and edges, while the four separate conductors support single or two-line telephone setups and simple signaling circuits. The black outer sheath offers a neutral appearance that blends with darker interiors. The cable’s design simplifies handling during installation and is suitable for short to medium runs inside buildings.

Suitable for

• Fixed-line analogue telephone connections
• Intercom wiring for residential or small commercial installations
• Basic alarm or sensor low-voltage circuits
• Discreet routing under carpets and along skirting boards

Key specifications

• Conductor configuration: 4 separate insulated cores
• Profile: flat, low-profile cable for narrow routing spaces
• Length: 100 meters
• Outer color: black
• Intended voltage: low-voltage telephone/voice/data applications

How to use

Plan the cable route before installation, avoiding sharp bends and areas with high mechanical stress. For runs under carpets or along skirting boards, press the cable into place and secure with suitable clips or adhesive cable holders where needed; avoid stapling through the conductors. Strip the outer sheath and individual conductor insulation carefully to expose the required conductor length, then terminate on telephone jacks, punch-down blocks or terminal screws following standard wiring color codes and local wiring practices. Test continuity and line functionality after termination.

Recommendations

Use this cable for indoor, low-voltage telephone and simple signaling installations. Do not use for mains power connections or in locations exposed to moisture or outdoor weather without appropriate protection. For longer distances, higher data rates, or environments requiring shielding against interference, select a cable designed for those specific requirements.
