SHIVERPEAKS PV4 T-adapter set, 2-naar-1 aftakking, IP68, 1500V DC, 30A, zwart (BS02-21012)

For solar installations demanding a reliable branch connection without bulky junction boxes, the SHIVERPEAKS BS02-21012 PV4 T-Adapter Set delivers a compact 2-to-1 split with an IP68 protection rating. This pair of adapters — one male-to-two-female and one female-to-two-male — enables parallel connections directly in the cable run, saving space and simplifying wiring on rooftops or in solar farms. Rated for 1500 V DC and 30 A, it handles modern high-voltage PV strings with ease, while the snap-in locking system ensures a secure, tool-free mate that resists accidental disconnection.

Highlights

• 2-to-1 branch configuration: one male to two female, one female to two male
• IP68 waterproof and dustproof for outdoor use
• Rated voltage 1500 V DC, current 30 A
• Compatible with 2.5–6 mm² (14–10 AWG) solar cables
• Snap-in locking, tinned copper contacts, PPO insulation
• Certified TÜV and CE, flame retardant UL94-V0

In daily use

Installers benefit from the adapter set's straightforward plug-and-play design. No special tools are required — simply push the connectors together until they click. The black PPO housing withstands UV exposure and extreme temperatures from -40°C to +90°C, maintaining performance in harsh climates. The tinned copper contacts provide low contact resistance (≤ 0.5 mΩ) and high insulation resistance (> 500 MΩ), minimizing power losses. As a Class II device, it offers double insulation for added safety. The set includes two adapters, giving you both gender configurations for complete branch wiring.
