S/CONN telefoonkabel 15 m zwart S/CONN 12-09085 TAE-F RJ-45

The S/CONN telephone cable 15 m Black S/CONN 12-09085 TAE-F RJ-45 by ShiverPeaks is a 15-metre communications cable with a TAE-F connector on one end and an RJ-45 connector on the other. It is intended for establishing reliable analog telephone links and connection to network or telephony devices that accept RJ-45 termination. The black jacket provides a discreet, professional appearance suitable for visible routing in home or office environments.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines a long 15 m reach with industry-standard connectors to bridge devices across a room or small office without the need for extension modules. The two connector types allow compatibility between traditional TAE-F telephone sockets and equipment using RJ-45 ports. The cable jacket offers a neat finish and helps protect the internal conductors from light mechanical wear during normal installation and routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting analog telephone sets to wall sockets with TAE-F interface
• Linking telephony equipment or adapters that require RJ-45 termination
• Home and small office voice lines where a 15 m cable length is required
• Temporary or permanent cable runs where an unobtrusive black cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 metres
• Connector A: TAE-F
• Connector B: RJ-45
• Color: Black
• Intended use: Telephone and basic data/telephony connections

How to use

Locate the TAE-F wall socket or device port and insert the TAE-F connector until it clicks into place. Plug the RJ-45 connector into the corresponding RJ-45 jack on the telephone device, adapter or network interface. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; secure it with cable clips or ties where necessary to prevent strain on the connectors. If you need to change endpoints, gently depress the connector latch before removing to avoid damage.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid routing the cable near strong electromagnetic sources or heavy-duty power lines. Use the 15 m length to position devices for optimal voice clarity and accessibility; if permanent installation is required, ensure connectors remain accessible for maintenance and testing.
