Stroomkabel zwart S/CONN 60009-0.5 0,5 m IEC C13 IEC C14

The ShiverPeaks Power Cable S/CONN 60009-0.5 is a 0.5 m mains lead with IEC C13 and IEC C14 connectors designed for short-distance power connections. It provides a compact, standardised interface between compatible equipment and power distribution units, UPS systems or extension leads. The cable is intended for reliable AC power transmission in environments where a short, robust connection is required.

Advantages

This power cable combines a standard IEC C13 female connector and an IEC C14 male connector in a 0.5 meter length, reducing cable clutter and improving cable management in confined installations. The construction uses durable insulation and moulded connectors to resist everyday wear and maintain a consistent contact fit. Its neutral black colour integrates unobtrusively with most professional and home setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers or servers to power distribution units or UPS devices
• Linking monitors, printers and other peripherals to nearby power sources
• Use in server racks, office desks, workstations and compact equipment cabinets
• Temporary power connections during maintenance or equipment rearrangement

Key specifications

• Connector A: IEC C14 (male)
• Connector B: IEC C13 (female)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Colour: Black
• Application: AC mains power for IT and AV equipment

How to use

Insert the IEC C13 female end into the device's inlet and connect the IEC C14 male end to the power source such as a UPS, PDU or compatible mains outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid forcing the plug at an angle. Route the cable to prevent tight bends, sharp edges and pinch points. Disconnect power before performing any maintenance on connected equipment.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use the cable within the intended ambient temperature and current ratings of your equipment, avoid overloading the circuit, and replace the cable if the insulation or connectors show visible damage. Short lengths like 0.5 m are recommended where reduced voltage drop and tidy cable management are priorities.
